Description: 35 miles Southwest of Denver, Rampart Range is home to the Rumble in the Rockies and the 2023 Underground Finals. This Rocky Mountain recreation area is home to over 200 miles of fast flowing trails perfect for Onewheel racing. The Rumble will offer multiple race events during the weekend. This will include a Full Moon Night race and timed racing with a professional timing system.



Denver Colorado offers great summer riding weather. The elevation of the Rocky Mountains offers low humidity and clear sky's with warm warm temps ranging from mid 75's during the day and low 60's at night.


Rumble in the Rockies schedule is  subject to change. A final itinerary will be sent after registration closes.

Pancake breakfast and awards. Freeride trails of your choice. Explore 200 miles of trails or relax in the with views you can only find in the Rocky Mountains. Clean up and get ready to return home.


Underground Chairlift Safety
  • Helmets & wristguards are required for all races

  • All boards are welcome. No board classes, ride what you brought!

  • Charging Station will be available.

  • Race Waivers must be signed by all participants on-site and anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent present with them at check in to sign waiver​​​

Rampart Range

Located in the Pike-San Isabel National Forest about 35 miles southwest of Denver are nearly 200 miles of trails for OHVs, (Off Highway Vehicles). This area is known as the Rampart Range Motorized Recreation Area. The trails, some of which were originally stage coach roads and game trails, traverse several hundred square miles of national forest at elevations ranging from about 6,500 feet to over 8,500 feet. There are currently over 30 designated trails with terrain and challenges varied enough for riders of all abilities to find enjoyable. The South Platte Ranger District of the USDA Forest Service and the Rampart Range Motorized Management Committee (RRMMC) maintain the trail system.
