Arrival and Departure

-When does the festival start?

Early bird welcome is Wednesday March 29th in Austin, TX (you will need to book a hotel or airbnb). We will kick off the fest with a group ride Wednesday night then head over to Reveille Peak Ranch the following day. The camping portion will start Thursday 3/30 at Reveille Peak Ranch.
 

-What time do gates open at RPR for Lemonade Float Fest?

Thursday at 2PM
 

-Can I arrive early?

No, please do not arrive early as we will not be ready to receive you yet
 

-What time do I need to leave?

Sunday afternoon the event is officially over, but you can stay and ride till the sun sets if you like.
 

-Tickets, Cancellations and refunds?

Refunds available up to one week before the event.
 

-Can I purchase a day pass?

Yes, day passes for LFF are available for purchase online or in person.
 

-Are there transportation options from Austin, TX to Reveille Peak Ranch and back?
.Yes, we will have a shuttle option that leaves at 1 PM on Thursday to Lemonade Float Fest Reveille Peak Ranch from Austin, TX. The shuttle will return on Sunday at 3PM in Austin, TX.
 

-Do I need an RV Pass?

Yes, there are very limited spots for electric hook up only. RVs running on generators do not require a RV Pass
 

-Are there alternate dates in case of bad weather?

Event is rain or shine.


-Can I transfer my tickets?

Yes, a $10 transfer fee will apply. Transfer can be done online through BikeReg

Venue & Facilities
 

-What is the bathroom situation?

There are 4 showers and Bathrooms. 2 for men and 2 for women. We will have clean porta potties on site as well.

-Is there food available?

Yes, we will have food trucks on site.
 

-Will there be alcohol for sale at the event?

Yes but BYOB is encouraged as well.

-What’s up with cell phone service at the venues?

Cell phone service is good at the RPR property. Some of Spider Mountain does not have service.
 

-What will the weather be like for the event?

We are hoping for 70 something degree days and 50 something degree nights.
 

-What are the rules for campfires?

Bring your own firewood! Campfires are ok.
 

What is allowed
 

-What should I bring to Lemonade Float Fest?

Camping gear, Onewheels, and lots of stoke!
 

-What should I NOT bring?

Bad attitudes, weapons, guns, Sur Rons, ATV’s, or dirt bikes.


-Other PEVs?

EUC’s and pedal assist e bikes are ok. NO Sur Rons PLEASE!


-Pets?

OK ON LEASH ONLY! Friendly pets, ok with lots of people, and music are ok.


-Drones?

Sure. Please fly safely. Operate at your own risk
 

-Is safety gear required?

Yeah duh! Have you seen how much event insurance is? Helmets are required!
